Return/Refund Policy


Your happiness is our business and we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but in case you aren’t here are the guidelines for our return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened merchandise for a refund. A 20% Restocking Fee will apply to all returns. All sealed merchandise must be returned in unopened brand-new condition with all original contents. All sales are final on any art prints.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

In case your paid order is returned to us as undeliverable we can have it reshipped at the buyer’s expense or you may opt for a full refund.

Manufacturer Defects

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs upon returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ship the return package with tracking, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
