Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below regarding returns and refunds.
Returns/Refunds
Eligible unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
All merchandise must be returned in brand-new, unopened condition with all original packaging, seals, accessories, and contents intact. Items that have been opened, used, altered, or returned in a condition different from how they were originally shipped are not eligible for return.
Items specifically marked Final Sale, including all art prints, are not eligible for return or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund, less the 15% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges, will be issued to your original method of payment.
Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If an order is returned to IamRetro as undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can reship the order at the customer's expense. If a refund is requested instead, the 15% restocking fee and any original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return, please email Support@IamRetro.com before shipping any items back to us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Manufacturer Defects / Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Support@IamRetro.com so we can review the issue and assist you. Approved returns or replacements resulting from an error by IamRetro or a qualifying defect are not subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise. IamRetro is not responsible for return packages that are lost or not delivered to us.
